25Live is a vended scheduling software first adopted at Boston University by the Office of the University Registrar to assist in classroom management. Now, 25Live is utilized by a number of departments across campus to assist in event, space, and resource management. As a web-based scheduling platform, 25Live may be accessed from any device with access to the internet. For best results, it is recommended that you use Mozilla Firefox when interacting with 25Live.

University owned desktop and laptop computers including those contain confidential or restricted University data are eligible for backup and restore services provided by IS&T through CrashPlan. Any files you choose to back up will be encrypted and securely stored in a cloud-hosted server environment. You can restore them yourself without having to contact IS&T.

PaperCut

PaperCut is print management software used by a number of departments to manage printing costs by implementing quotas. IS&T has centrally licensed PaperCut and makes licenses available to departments. Department administrators can download a license from IS&T’s website and download the software directly from PaperCut’s website. Departments can manage their printing costs, reduce waste, and help ensure that resources are efficiently utilized. Individuals can make informed decisions regarding use of their departmental printing allocation.
