MyE911 is required for anyone using a BU Cisco softphone (Webex or Jabber) so that 911 calls send an accurate location. Download the installer for your OS, and when prompted for Advanced Settings set the Host to https://anywhere.e911cloud.com. Register with the BU email tied to your softphone; you'll get a one-time code by email to verify. Then enter your current location. Access is tied to softphone provisioning — if your email isn't recognized, submit a softphone request so you can be enrolled.
